2. Payment Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Nuage IQ reserves the right to pause services for accounts with outstanding balances.
3. No Long-Term Contracts Nuage IQ operates on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide accurate business information, grant necessary access to social media and Google Business Profile accounts, and respond to content approval requests in a timely manner.
5. Results Disclaimer Nuage IQ makes no guarantee of specific results. We commit to executing our services with skill and consistency. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Communication Consent By engaging our services, clients consent to receive communications from Nuage IQ via email and SMS regarding their account and services.
7. Limitation of Liability Nuage IQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
